Cinnamon ” Cinnabon” Rolls …..


This is one of the favorite recipe for homemade cinnamon rolls in my house . These easy cinnamon rolls have no complicated steps. Just proof, roll out and bake they are SO delicious, fluffy and gooey .

For the rolls we will be needing :


1 packet instant yeast ( approx. 2 1/4 tsp)
1 cup milk
3tbs + 3tbs butter , divided
1 tsp salt
1tbs sugar
1tbs cooking oil
3 cups all purpose flour
1Tbsp cinnamon powder Or to taste
1/4 cup brow sugar Or to taste


In a pan (or in a bowl in the microwave at 30 sec increments), heat the milk and 3 Tbsp Butter until warm and butter is melted . Make sure not to boil Remove from heat and let cool to 110 degrees, or the temperature of warm water , but not too hot or it will kill the yeast.

Add flour,butter,salt, 1 tbs sugar and yeast,mix well.Add in Milk little by little and knead the dough well.

Add in oil and knead well.Wrap it and keep in a warm place for 30 mins to an hour or till it rises double the size.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Brush with melted butter.
Mix cinnamon and brown sugar,sprinkle all over the dough.

Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough and situate seam side down. Then with a serrated knife cut the dough into 1.5 – 2 inch sections and position in a well-buttered 8×8 square or comparable sized round pan (you should have about 10 rolls). Brush with remaining melted butter and cover with plastic wrap.and let it to rise for half an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Once the oven is hot, bake rolls for 25-30 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and then serve immediately.

Vanilla Frosting
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
milk or water (2 to 4 tablespoons)

mix butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches desired consistency. Spread over slightly cooled rolls.
